Well said. It’s hard work to dig a hole. Digging it deeper won’t bring success no matter how much grit you eat. It’s best to step out of the hole and get feedback on it periodically. It’s hard to succeed if you are only talking to yourself. Peer review, mentors, even hair stylists can help you see the value of that hole you’re digging. Maybe even your mom. Not mine. But maybe yours. Success doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
